Reporting of an Adverse Event

 

An adverse effect or adverse drug reaction (ADR) is defined as “an unwanted or harmful reaction experienced following the administration of a drug or combination of drugs and is suspected to be related to the drug. The reaction may be a known side effect of the drug or it may be new and previously unrecognized”.

 

YIACO’s mission to serve patients includes collecting, reviewing and reporting all adverse events and other safety findings, associated with the use of YIACO’s marketed products.

 

If you have experienced an adverse event or think you may be experiencing an adverse event, you should seek advice from a healthcare professional.

Confidentiality: The patient’s identity is held in strict confidence and protected fully extent. The company shall not disclose the reporter’s identity in response to a request from the public or the principle company.
