Staff Nurse

Job purpose: Provides professional nurse care for clinic patients following the established standards and practices, Nurses will be work directly with patients and their families in coordination with physicians.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees appointment bookings and ensures that preferences are given to patients in emergency situations.  Maintains timely flow of patients.
  • Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatment, examination, and testing of patients.  Maintains and stocks the department as per department par level.
  • Greets patients and prepares them for examination.  Screens patients for appropriate information.  Instructs patients in collection of specimen and preparation for (lab, x-ray, etc.) tests.
  • Arranges for patient testing and admissions with another department.
  • Instructs patient and family regarding medications and treatment instructions as ordered.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years experience in tertiary healthcare setting.

Specific Skills/Knowledge:

  • Should have a valid MOH license in Kuwait
  • Preferred Bilingual candidate who can join immediately.
  • Should be based in Kuwait.

Promoter

Job purpose: The Sales Promoter will provide necessary assistance to the customer, she will promote demonstrate the product line to the prospective customer and answer it inquiries in customer friendly manner. The Promoter encourages sales as set by the immediate supervisor within the assign region and helps the market product effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer friendly care to promote, demonstrate the company’s product line in the market.
  • Responsible to provide information and educate the customer about the features of products and demonstrate their use with apparent east to inspire confidence in the product and its manufacturer.
  • Gives product samples or token gifts to customers and distributes leaflets, brochures to passers-by.
  • Demonstrates and explains products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products or utilize services available, and answers questions to customer inquiries.
  • Promoters may prepare the content of a presentation and alter it to target a specific audience or to keep it current.
  • May participate in the design of an exhibit or customize it for particular audiences.
  • Promoters encourage people and stores to buy a product by demonstrating it to prospective customers and answering their questions. They may sell the demonstrated merchandise or gather names of prospects to contact later or pass on to sales staff.
  • Sets up and arranges display to attract attention of prospective customers.
  • Develops list of prospective customer/clients from sources, such as newspaper items, company records, local merchants, and customers.
  • Trains demonstrators to present company’s products line or services and to prepare product report.
  • Attends trade, traveling, promotional, educational, or amusement exhibit to answer visitors’ questions and to protect exhibit against theft or damage.
  • Accept other assigned as delegated by the immediate supervisor or manager.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field of sales promotion and product demonstration sales services.

Financial Analyst

Job purpose: Accountable for the identification and reporting on all significant control weaknesses, through the application of a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, processes, controls and decision making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop the scope for operational, information technologies, financial and security audit projects and select/develop appropriate audit steps necessary to promote effective audit coverage.
  • Conduct management, information technologies, financial and security audit projects according to the yearly audit plans in all areas of the company’s.
  • Identify control and processes weaknesses, document main control points and provide evidential support for report recommendations.

Job purpose: Represent the company in civil litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and manage or advise management on legal transactions and issues. Duties and responsibilities: Explaining the law and giving general legal advice. Settling disputes and supervising any agreements. Researching and gathering evidence. Analyzing legal documents. Supervising legal assistants.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepares/review all necessary letters for wide range of local governmental bodies such as Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Social Affairs etc.
  • Examine all tender documents and contracts submitted to the Company from the partnership, clients, customer, and parties new and/or existing subject to its control.
  • Ensuring that all documents are following the laws and procedures of the as per company rules and regulation and within the local governance.
  • Examine all agreements signed by parties to ensure they are complying with the standard drafts that had been approved by the Company Board of Directors and/ or Top Management.
  • Coordinate with the Company Legal Consultant in preparation of legal papers in accordance to Kuwait Local Government Laws and Regulations that will applies to the YIACO Medical Company and/or other parties subject to it.
  • Prepare legal correspondence notes to the remarks of the parties’ response as per directed by the Accounts Manager.
