Financial Analyst

Job purpose:

As a Financial Analyst, you will advise and assist with the planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, modeling and reporting of the total business.
You will also assist in the development of the 3-year strategic business plan and cash flow as well as monitoring the ongoing performance and business profitability against plans to enable direction or corrective action to optimize ongoing business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education:

Pharmacist

Job purpose:

Provides prescribed medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care as per professional standards and practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program,               safety,environmental and infection control standards.
  2. Compounds, labels and packages medications and pharmaceuticals
  3. Advises patients and family on use of various medications including dosage, side effects and composition.
  4. Ensures secure storage of narcotics and other controlled substances on a regular basis.
  5. Checks stock on a regular basis to identify and reorder outdated stock and ensure that stock is maintained in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
  6. Assists in preparing required reports by compiling information.
  7. Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshop.
  8. Attend meetings as required.
  9. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education:            

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

Experience Required:           

Prior experience working in pharmacies. Should possess valid MOH License.

Pharmacy Sales Supervisor

Job purpose:

Pharmacies Sales Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all Pharmacist and other support operational employees assigned within the retail pharmacy division. Oversees the orientation and training of the pharmacist and other administrative staff, assist in completing the performance evaluations, provides counseling and assistance for job performance concerns. Responsible for accounting for all controlled substance purchasing and maintaining a perpetual inventory of controlled substances.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Applied critical thinking in support of Pharmaceutical Care activities and prioritizes work assignments.
  • Responsible to develops, mentors and is responsible for the orientation and training of Pharmacy staff.
  • Directs daily divisional workflow including communication within retail pharmacies division.
  • Assists in developing cost effective programs and helps maintain adequate supplies and inventories.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education:            

Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy.

Experience Required:           

Minimum of 5 years of experience and with proven supervisory experience operational and administrative leadership level or related to the area of assignment or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

Specific Skills/Knowledge:

Roles & Responsibilities:

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

PHD / Master’s Degree in Finance

Certifications in CIA / CFA / FRM

Experience Required:

Experience in Financial, Operational and Strategic risk
